JKEDI
JKEDI has been established by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir in March 1997 for entrepreneurship development in the UT. This we do through community mobilization, guidance and counseling, capacity building through structured training programs, providing consultancy in formulating business development plans, providing/ facilitating financial and market linkages, business venture creation and providing handholding, support and mentorship for scalability, sustainability and business growth.

The J&K Start-up Policy 2024-27 aims to establish 2,000 startups by 2027 through seed funding, a ₹250-crore venture fund, incubation support, land allotment, mentorship, and focus on 10 priority sectors with inclusive entrepreneurship.

MDP (30 hours) Management Development Programme under RAMP scheme of MSME. The scheme is being implemented by JKTPO and JKEDI is the training partner in the scheme.
