DISTRICT FUND OFFICE

District Fund Office Bandpora is located at Block A Mini Secretariat Bandipora headed by Chief Accounts Officer. Director Finance acts as the controlling officer and  Director General exercises overall administrative and financial powers conferred under statutory rules/regulations.

Functions of the Department

Preparation and settlement of Final Refund Cases of Retired GP Fund Subscribers.

Preparation and Settlement of Transfer Entry Cases of the GP Fund subscribers who have been transferred to other Districts.

Preparation and Settlment of Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme (DLI) cases in case deceased GP Fund Subscirbers who had died while in active service.

Issuance of New State Life Insurance Policies(SLI) to both GP Fund and SLI Employees.

Preparation and settlement of SLI Maturity Cases in favour of the employees whose policies stands matured, besides preparation and maintenance of all records related to GP Fund And SLI in the office.
